What is your cancellation policy?

All website and marketing agreements are month to month. We do not require a cancellation fee. If you choose to cancel and resign at a later date we will require you to resign a new subscription but we will waive the initial fee.

Can you provide references from past clients?

We can not provide you any of our clients personal information, but please take a moment to check out our reviews and portfolio.

Do you have experience working with businesses similar to mine?

We have experience working with many variations of businesses from all industries, small medium and large in size. At Innova Solutions, we analyze the market and competition of every potential client prior to signing to ensure we are the appropriate company for your business.

What types of service do you offer?

At Innova, we offer high-end website design and development, digital and print marketing, and graphic design and branding.

What is your pricing model?

All of our pricing is month to month subscriptions, outside of one-off projects. Please head over to our pricing page to learn more about our in-depth pricing and pick the right plan for your needs.

Do I need to contact you to get started?

No, you do not. If you would like to get started without speaking with someone on our team please head over to our pricing page to get started. Once you have chosen a plan and successfully signed up, you will receive an onboarding form we require to get started on your project. Once received we will contact you further.

Will I have a dedicated account manager to work with?

Our basic plan does not offer a dedicated project manager on your project, but our entire team are always available to assist in any questions or concerns you may have during the build out of your project.
